Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Floor Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will act as the key link between our products and customers whilst supporting and developing our Stylists on the shop floor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to take the next step in a premium high-footfall retail environment like Selfridges.
Key parts of the Floor Manager role:
Support and deputise if needed for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
As Floor Manager implement individual daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
Monitor KPIs and team performance through running reports and updating the management team
Assist with store operations such as stock management payroll admin and rota duties ensuring smooth day-to-day floor management
Drive the customer journey by offering an exceptional 1-2-1 experience and ensure the customer always comes first
As Floor Manager inspire motivate and develop the team through training coaching and strong product knowledge
Our ideal Floor Manager candidate:
Passionate about the Levis brand and confident in living our values on the shop floor
A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills and experience efficiently managing a team in a Floor Manager capacity
A track record of developing and growing store teams ideally as a Floor Manager or in a similar supervisory role
Comfortable working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail with a solid understanding of store operations and floor-level execution
