Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BlockChain Maintenance Technician to support the construction maintenance and daily operations of an industrial data center. The BlockChain Maintenance Technician will handle equipment installation facility upkeep and ensure optimal performance of cryptocurrency mining systems. This role requires strong technical ability hands-on problem-solving skills and a willingness to work weekends as needed to maintain uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and maintain buildings and systems supporting an industrial data center.
Assist in site expansion projects as directed by the CTO Director of Mining Operations or Site Leader.
Deploy maintain and consolidate cryptocurrency mining machines.
Maintain accurate records and data entry for mining machine performance and maintenance logs.
Receive document and store deliveries of materials hardware and freight according to company procedures.
Inspect and monitor software for machine deficiencies; report issues to the Director of Mining Operations.
Complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.
Ensure safe operation and upkeep of company electronics tools and safety equipment.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all grounds buildings and work areas.

Qualifications

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with software tools.
Minimum 3 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 5075 lbs safely.
Willingness to work non-standard hours including weekends.
Ability to inspect maintain and repair various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical components.
