Position Summary:

The Business Developer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for commercial landscape maintenance services. This role is focused on driving growth in an active and unsaturated territory building long-term relationships with property managers and real estate decision-makers.

What Youll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for commercial landscape maintenance contracts
  • Prospect qualify and build strong relationships with property managers facility directors and real estate stakeholders
  • Represent the brand with professionalism urgency and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Partner with branch operations teams to align expectations and deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM

  • Expert in lead generation cold outreach and market research
  • Strong communicator who thrives in relationship-based selling

  • Organized persistent and comfortable working independently
  • Local market knowledge is highly desired
