Position Summary:
The Business Developer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for commercial landscape maintenance services. This role is focused on driving growth in an active and unsaturated territory building long-term relationships with property managers and real estate decision-makers.
What Youll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for commercial landscape maintenance contracts
- Prospect qualify and build strong relationships with property managers facility directors and real estate stakeholders
- Represent the brand with professionalism urgency and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Partner with branch operations teams to align expectations and deliver exceptional service
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and sales reporting via CRM

Benefits

- Base salary: $75000 - $90000 commensurate with experience
