Our client a highly respected law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow their practice under the mentorship of top-tier partners while working on complex employment litigation matters in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish including:
- Responding to pleadings and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Participating in mediations and trial preparation
Provide day-to-day counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law challenges
Draft and revise employee handbooks workplace policies and training programs
Educate clients through learning programs that help businesses navigate employment-related challenges
Leverage cutting-edge legal technology to provide innovative client solutions

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the Washington Bar is required
4-6 years of employment litigation experience
Strong legal writing analytical and case management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Growth mindset with a commitment to client service and collaboration
Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based environments

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary (compensation based on experience skills and internal equity): $180000 - $210000.
