Job Summary

What Youll Do

Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business
Plan and coordinate birthday parties company outings school events and private celebrations
Serve as the main point of contact for guestsbefore during and after events
Create event timelines menus and layouts while keeping everything organized
Work alongside our catering operations and amusements teams to deliver flawless events
Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business
Deliver exceptional guest service every step of the way

What Were Looking For

Experience in event planning hospitality catering or sales
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Great communicator who builds strong client relationships
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Comfortable working toward sales goals
Professional friendly and team-focused
Must be available weekends and event hours
