What Youll Be Doing

As a UX Designer youll play a key role in delivering seamless user-centered experiences by:

Designing wireframes user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
Planning and conducting usability tests and supporting discovery interviews
Collaborating with product managers developers and stakeholders to iterate on solutions
Ensuring consistency and quality across user journeys and interaction designs
Supporting and evolving our design systems
Validating designs with internal teams dealerships and end users
Working across multiple squads to deliver cohesive scalable solutions

What Youll Bring

5 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
Experience in usability testing and user research
Strong understanding of interaction and service design principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications
A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences
Willingness to travel to our Bruntingthorpe office once a week and attend in-person dealership sessions when needed

Nice to Have

Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for smoother developer collaboration
Experience designing for B2B platforms and customer-facing applications
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

What Success Looks Like

Delivery of validated user-tested designs across key product areas within 6 months
Improved customer effort scores and positive user feedback
Enhanced usability and consistency across our digital platforms
