Job Summary
NEW PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBAs for a range of industries like automotive industrial and medical.
They are looking for a skilled Production Team Manager to lead and inspire one of their high performing manufacturing this hands on role youll be responsible for ensuring efficient high-quality production while driving team engagement performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities as a Production Team Manager in Andover.
- Lead and motivate a production team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
- Set clear objectives manage workloads and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor production schedules performance and output quality taking proactive action to resolve issues and maintain standards.
- Coach mentor and develop team members through on-the-job training and performance feedback.
- Track production performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements as a Production Team Manager in Andover.
- Proven experience in a production manufacturing or team leadership role (electronics experience desirable).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
