Location: Austin TX Cleveland OH travel to major airports required

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of airport technology Do you thrive at the intersection of infrastructure IT and stakeholder engagement Were looking for a seasoned Consultant to join our team and play a key role in large-scale capital improvement programs at the airport.

What Youll Do:

You will be the trusted leader for technology systems planning design and integration across aviation projects. Your work will directly impact how millions of passengers experience airports.

Lead planning and program development efforts for the design construction and integration of technology systems including:

• Structured cabling IT networks security & access control baggage systems AV systems building management controls and life safety systems.

• Translate customer needs into clear practical technology solutions.

• Manage project budgets schedules and design quality while aligning with stakeholder priorities.

• Provide construction support commissioning oversight and expert guidance across all phases of work.

• Facilitate workshops present findings and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

What Were Looking For:

We know no single candidate will check every box but success in this role will require deep experience leadership and communication skills:

Experience:

• 15 years in technology systems design integration or project management (aviation experience highly preferred).

• Proven track record coordinating multiple technology disciplines on complex infrastructure projects.

• Familiarity with ORAT (Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer) processes is a plus.

Credentials:

• Bachelors in engineering degree (Electrical Mechanical or Industrial) or 20 years of relevant hands-on experience.

• RCDD PMP or similar certifications preferred; CISSP or similar cybersecurity certification a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Excellent communicator written verbal and visual.

• Strong listener and facilitator able to draw out stakeholder needs and translate them into solutions.

• Confident presenter able to lead discussions at all levels.

• Collaborative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
