Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team in Culver City CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries providing accurate information and ensuring each customer interaction reflects the high standards of Chats Cloud Cover. This position requires excellent communication skills a professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone email and chat.

Qualifications :
Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
