Job Summary
EEIT Intern
1.负责设计改进电子组装制造过程中的生产流程以提高生产效率降低成本并确保产品质量和一致性
2.开发新的工艺流程针对新产品或新技术进行优化以确保生产过程顺利进行并达到预期的性能和质量标准
3.负责选择适当的生产设备和工具管理设备的维护和保养确保设备运行正常并满足生产需求
4.收集分析生产数据发现潜在问题并提出改进方案以提高生产效率和产品质量
5.编写工艺文件和生产操作指导书确保生产人员按照标准操作程序进行工作并记录相关的生产数据和结果
6.持续跟踪生产过程识别改进机会并与其他部门合作推动改进项目的实施以提高生产效率降低成本和提升产品质量
7. 协调与沟通与其他部门如设计采购质量控制等进行沟通和协调确保生产过程中各个环节的顺利协作和配合
要求
1. 英语需6级或以上能够使用英文进行流畅的沟通
2.熟悉CAD制图软件
3.需要办公软件 Excel/ Word/PPT
4.沟通能力强能够主动与工作的合伙人进行沟通达成工作的目标
5. 机械电子自动化光学工程相关专业
