By combining immersive technology precision data and advanced design capabilities Matterport empowers commercial real estate professionals to market manage and analyze properties in entirely new ways.

We are seeking a Manager Marketing Commercial Real Estate to accelerate Matterports growth in North America. Based in Arlington VA this role will be on-site five days per week and report to the Vice President of Marketing. The successful candidate will drive marketing strategies that highlight Matterports innovation in digital twins spatial intelligence and AI-powered property insightspositioning the brand as the essential technology partner for brokers owners developers investors and tenants.

OVERVIEW

The Manager Marketing Commercial Real Estate will be responsible for accelerating Matterports growth in North America through strategic B2B-focused marketing initiatives. This individual will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that position Matterport as the premier technology partner for CRE brokers owners developers investors and tenants.

The ideal candidate is a proven B2B marketing leader with deep experience in the commercial real estate industry able to translate technical innovation into compelling data-driven narratives that resonate across professional audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing & Positioning

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that highlight Matterports leadership in digital twins AI and spatial data for the commercial real estate ecosystem.
  • Create compelling B2B messaging frameworks that clearly communicate value to brokers developers property managers and enterprise clients.
  • Position Matterport as a category-defining solution within proptech trusted by CRE decision-makers.

Campaign Development & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns showcasing Matterports 3D and AI capabilities to commercial real estate audiences.
  • Lead creation of case studies thought leadership content webinars and digital assets that demonstrate ROI efficiency and competitive differentiation.
  • Partner with industry media and associations to amplify Matterports presence within CRE networks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Sales Research and Technology teams to ensure marketing strategies align with CRE market needs and customer workflows.
  • Support business development through targeted B2B enablement tools for regional and enterprise sales teams.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Leverage advanced analytics to measure optimize and report on campaign performance.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that enhance engagement with CRE audiences and enterprise buyers.

Industry Engagement

  • Represent Matterport at commercial real estate conferences trade shows and proptech events.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador articulating Matterports role in shaping the digital transformation of real estate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive B2B marketing experience ideally within or serving the commercial real estate industry.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies targeting CRE professionals (brokers owners developers investors and tenants).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills; able to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Collaborative entrepreneurial and capable of thriving in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.
