Job Summary

  • Manage relationships with international insurance clients and brokers via calls emails and meetings
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with Global Program Leaders across Cofaces international network
  • Prepare and implement insurance agreements and renewal annexes in English
  • Offer solutions based on local market specifics
  • Use internal systems dedicated to the Global Solutions segment
  • Create reports statistics and portfolio analyses
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures (e.g. Know Your Customer) and service standards.

Qualifications :

  • Communicative proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1 level)
  • Knowledge of financial products preferably in the area of trade credit insurance
  • Commercial experience in the financial sector (B2B segment)
  • Higher education (preferred fields: economics or finance)
  • Customer orientation
  • Independence and excellent self-organization skills.
