- Manage relationships with international insurance clients and brokers via calls emails and meetings
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Coordinate with Global Program Leaders across Cofaces international network
- Prepare and implement insurance agreements and renewal annexes in English
- Offer solutions based on local market specifics
- Use internal systems dedicated to the Global Solutions segment
- Create reports statistics and portfolio analyses
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures (e.g. Know Your Customer) and service standards.
Qualifications :
- Communicative proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B1 level)
- Knowledge of financial products preferably in the area of trade credit insurance
- Commercial experience in the financial sector (B2B segment)
- Higher education (preferred fields: economics or finance)
- Customer orientation
- Independence and excellent self-organization skills.
