DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Trainer who will be responsible for delivering training to customers on ProgressSofts Software Solutions. The Trainer will interact with clientsincluding end users business teams and technical teamsto conduct training programs on the software solutions. Additionally the Trainer will work closely with internal teams to understand system specifications business workflows and functionalities of ProgressSofts solutions in order to prepare accurate end-user documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and the project managers to determine training needs and to conduct short-term and long-term training programs (whether in-person or Virtual).
- Conduct orientation sessions prior to the User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Conduct onsite hands-on training to the customers business users in order to have a smooth roll-out and movement to production of ProgressSofts projects.
- Prepare educational material such as presentations and video tutorials when needed.
- Conduct evaluations to measure learning outcomes and to identify areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the development and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding to ProgressSofts products requirements and workflows.
- Stay updated with the Industry of Electronic Payment Solutions.
Requirements
- IT Graduate with a minimum 2-3 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English & Arabic Language skills (spoken and written).
- Good team player and committed to timelines.
- Comfortable with eLearning Platforms (LMS) and Tools like; Moodle Google Classroom.
- Familiar with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and other authoring tools; such as: Articulate 360 Captivate Canva etc
- Strong writing skills with proven experience in a related field.
- Adequate knowledge in Software Design and Software Requirements.
