Key Focus Areas

AWS Control Tower organization policies and multi-account management.
-
AWS Backup and SSM patching at scale; AMI deployments and configuration pushes.

Advanced AWS service management (EC2 ECS EKS RDS S3 CloudFront Lambda SageMaker).

Secure S3/SFTP externalization and cross-account data transfer.
-
Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation with Terraform CloudFormation and Python.
-
IAM policy design permissions boundaries and access governance.
Core Responsibilities

Manage and maintain large-scale cloud infrastructure to ensure security reliability and cost optimization.

Lead incident response root-cause analysis and preventive action for all cloud-related issues.

Implement detailed monitoring and observability for availability and performance metrics.

Automate recurring tasks using IaC and Python scripting; improve efficiency through DevOps-style tooling.

Conduct change-impact analyses and maintain compliance with governance frameworks.

Mentor and guide cloud operations team members fostering accountability and technical excellence.

Collaborate with internal IT DevOps and security stakeholders to align strategy and implementation.

Maintain documentation and reports on infrastructure incidents and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related engineering field.

10 years of IT experience with hands-on cloud operations leadership in enterprise settings.

Deep expertise in AWS (ECS EKS Lambda RDS S3 EC2 Control Tower).
-
Proficiency in Terraform CloudFormation and Python for infrastructure automation.
-
Experience with Azure and OCI environments.
-
Strong background in Windows/Linux administration VMware and Active Directory / Azure AD SSO.

Networking knowledge: DNS DHCP PKI LAN/WAN protocols.
-
Proven success implementing cloud cost optimization monitoring and disaster-recovery frameworks.
Preferred Certifications

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Architect Expert

DevOps tools familiarity (Jenkins Git CI/CD pipelines).

ITIL or service-management framework knowledge.
