About the job SAP Controlling - Assistant Manager (Makati) Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Support the Controlling (CO) workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects ensuring alignment with client cost management and profitability processes.
- Configure SAP CO components including Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Participate in client workshops requirement gathering FIT-GAP analysis and preparation of functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with FI MM SD and PP modules.
- Assist in testing cycles (SIT UAT) data migration and cutover planning.
- Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.
- Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in the Controlling domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO configuration including cost planning allocations product costing and profitability analysis.
- Good understanding of Universal Journal and S/4HANA innovations in Controlling.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to SAP BTP Fiori apps and RISE with SAP is a plus.
- Cross-module integration experience with FI MM SD and PP.
Certifications:
- Required: SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting (CO) Certification
- Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Engineering or related field ( MBA CA etc.)
