Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Expert UX Designer to join our consulting team and work on-site with our client. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team driving the design of next-generation digital experiences.
As an Expert UX Designer you will take the lead in crafting meaningful user experiences from early concept exploration to detailed UI delivery and continuous improvement. Youll collaborate closely with Product Owners Developers Business Analysts and other designers to create user-centered visually engaging and technically feasible design solutions that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the UX design process from research and concept to final UI delivery and post-launch iteration.
Advocate for end users by applying both qualitative and quantitative research to understand needs and behaviors.
Facilitate design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Translate insights into user flows wireframes prototypes and final designs in Figma ensuring alignment with design systems.
Deliver detailed UI specifications to development teams and ensure design consistency across platforms.
Contribute to improving UX methodologies design processes and coaching peers to elevate design maturity.
Your profile
You have 10 years of experience in UX UI or Interaction Designideally in complex digital product environments.
Strong background in user-centered design visual/UI design and interaction principles.
Skilled in Figma and comfortable working with design systems and front-end implementation considerations.
Confident facilitator with experience running workshops and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communicator who can translate business goals and user needs into compelling design solutions.
Degree in Interaction Design UX HMI or a related discipline.
