Duties and Responsibilities:
Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support customer onboarding account setup and general back-office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional looking to grow within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients setting up production and demo accounts managing data and supporting operational processes behind the scenes. While this is primarily a back-office position strong communication skills will be valuable when collaborating with internal teams and assisting in customer-facing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding processes and set up production/demo accounts
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership
- Execute back-office workflows efficiently ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and organization across internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve onboarding documentation and internal processes
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Handle sensitive client data responsibly with an understanding of PHI (Protected Health Information) best practices
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2 years of related experience
Industry: healthcare industry or data privacy standards (HIPAA/PHI) is a plus
- 2 years of experience in operations customer onboarding specialist / implementation coordinator
- Experience in generating and issuing customer invoices or basic familiarity with invoicing tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent English communication skills (a slight accent is acceptable)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace Notion and Slack
- Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment; basic familiarity with SQL queries or scripting is a plus but not required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment - Familiarity with the healthcare industry or data privacy standards (HIPAA/PHI) is a plus
