Job Title: Technical Associate

Job Description:

Provide technical support and resolve user or system issues promptly.

Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of software hardware or lab equipment (depending on industry).

Perform data entry testing and analysis to support technical operations.

Document processes update user manuals and maintain accurate technical records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and improvement initiatives.

Conduct quality checks to ensure systems and products meet operational standards.

Monitor performance metrics and report findings to management.

Assist in training or onboarding users on new technologies tools or procedures.

Qualifications:

Must have a 4 year bachelors degree in chemistry Polymer Science Material Science or other related fields

A minimum of 5 year experience in formulating water based adhesives; knowledge in paperboard and food grade packaging desirable.

Ability to aggressively attack complex problems and identify feasible or optimal solutions.

Ability to simultaneously lead or participate in multiple cross-functional teams in a dynamic fast paced environment.
