- Knowledge of latest set of best practices associated with the development of web and form content including the latest ADA compliance HTML and CSS standards.
- Provide positive professional and punctual customer technical support via all channels of communication as part of the IT team.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for web and form services including but not limited to formatting functionality usability and accessibility.
- Publish and maintain documentation including standards design best practices style formatting font and accessibility guidelines.
- Expert knowledge in the use of and capabilities of electronic form software tools.
- Work to resolve issues that arise in support of Drupal sites.
- Ensure compliance with DPI standards and procedures for web content platforms 8. Collaborate with the communications team and other staff on web needs and provide a framework for construction of new sites or enhancing existing sites.
