Were seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in insurance defense or related areas and an active Colorado law license. (Licensure in Wyoming or Nebraska is a plus.)
Why You Will Do:
- Independently manage a full caseload of insurance defense litigation matters.
- Handle all stages of litigation - from depositions and hearings to mediations and trials.
- Develop and execute strategic litigation plans while mentoring junior attorneys.
- Draft clear persuasive pleadings discovery responses and motions.
- Maintain proactive professional communication with clients adjusters and opposing counsel.
What Were Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Colorado (additional licenses in Wyoming or Nebraska are a plus).
- 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation (auto premises general liability etc.).
- Demonstrated trial experience preferred.
- Exceptional legal writing oral advocacy and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
