JOB SUMMARY
The HR/Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the provision of human resources and administration services across all company departments. This role ensures that HR policies are aligned with the business strategy recruits and retains top talent and ensures the effective management of employee relations performance and administrative functions to support business operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Monitor HR Strategies: Create HR strategies aligned with business goals and ensure successful I mplementation across departments.
Talent Recruitment and Retention: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality talent for optimal workforce alignment.
Training and Development: Plan and coordinate training needs assessments and employee development programs to improve performance
Performance Management: Foster a performance-based culture to support the companys objectives and monitor employee progress.
Organizational Structure Review: Assess the companys organizational structure and recommend improvements for better support of business processes.
Manpower Forecasting: Forecast departmental manpower needs and design plans to address staffing gaps and surpluses.
Human Resource Cycle Management: Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment welfare performance compensation and exit management.
Employee Engagement & Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to maintain an 80% employee engagement score through surveys and feedback mechanisms. Organize employee engagement activities wellness programs and internal events to boost workplace morale. Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and recognition programs.
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws company policies and ethical guidelines. Conduct periodic HR audits and maintain updated HR policies in line with industry standards.
HR Systems & Analytics: Maintain 95% data accuracy in HR records and reporting. Optimize and promote the use of HR technology ensuring 90% adoption of HR self-service platforms. Generate and analyze quarterly HR reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
The HR/Admin Manager is accountable for developing and executing HR strategies managing recruitment and talent retention overseeing performance management systems and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. This role ensures the companys workforce is optimally aligned with organizational goals fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUD/ WORK REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and administrative processes.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) or Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a plus
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage.
WORK SET-UP : Hybrid (3x a week onsite in Makati)
