Bookkeeper

The restaurant is seeking a bookkeeper to ensure financial integrity for our fast-paced restaurant managing daily accounting operations while supporting strategic growth. Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

About the Role

• Process invoices (suppliers/staff) daily reconciliation of cash drawers and track POS (Loyverse) transactions.
  

• Manage payroll for 40 staff calculate monthly service charges and ensure 100% compliance with FIRS/LIRS tax regulations.
  

• Generate weekly P&L statements inventory cost analyses and cash flow projections
  

• Monitor food cost variances and identify waste reduction opportunities
  

• Audit Readiness: Maintain organised records for quarterly audits
  

• Reconcile supplier statements and manage payment schedules.
  

About You

• You have a BSc/HND in Accounting Finance or related field (Polytechnic graduates eligible)
  

• You have 2 years bookkeeping in F&B/hospitality (restaurant experience preferred)
  

• You are proficient in QuickBooks Online Microsoft Excel and POS software like Loyverse.
  

• Having an ICAN/ANAN student membership puts you at an advantage.
  

• You have impeccable attention to detail integrity with sensitive data and you are deadline-driven.
