Reporting the to the Director of Purchasing the Receiving Clerk is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the purchasing storeroom.

What you will be doing:
- Mark all received items with the current date and stocks accordingly
- Maintain clean safe and efficient stocking and picking of all items stored in the storeroom including sweeping and mopping
- Keep supervisor informed of current stock levels
- Rotate items when stocking following first in first out standards.
- Maintain quality control by notifying the supervisor and keeping a log of all expired or unacceptable product
- Fill daily requisitions of food non-food and beverage products
- Deliver beverage and food orders to outlets
- Assist in departmental inventory of all stocked items in the storeroom
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Must be fluent and literate in English
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying a minimum of 80lbs.
- Must be able to sit stand and walk for long periods of time (4-6 hours).
- Must be able to walk long distances and maneuver from floor to floor either by stairways or elevator
- Must be able to stoop kneel twist turn grasp grip push and pull stack and have the manual dexterity to operate light equipment and motor vehicles
Additional Information :
Compensation: $25.14 per hour
Visa Requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
