Were looking for a visionary leader in Data Strategy & Governance someone who can connect strategic thinking with execution transforming data into a true business asset.
In this role youll drive the end-to-end data vision: from governance frameworks to management tools while leading teams building strategic partnerships and shaping the data & AI offering in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
As Director of Data Strategy & Governance you will:
- Define and lead the global data and governance strategy ensuring alignment across business and technology.
- Oversee the implementation of Data Management tools and frameworks (e.g. MDM data catalogues quality systems).
- Develop and position a differentiated value proposition in data strategy and governance.
- Collaborate with partners and alliances to create and evolve data-driven products and services.
- Lead large-scale transformation projects involving data AI and digital innovation.
- Build lead and empower multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions.
- Promote a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
What were Looking for:
- 10 years of experience in data strategy governance AI or digital consulting.
- Proven success designing and executing data governance and management frameworks.
- Strong understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of data ecosystems.
- Background in leading multinational teams and complex projects.

- Visionary mindset able to articulate and drive a clear data strategy narrative.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with market presence (events LinkedIn industry forums).
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage executive relationships.

- Fluent in both business and technology languages.
