JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Lead to ensure health safety and well-being within a complex operational environment managing diverse contractors and employees on-site.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

- Advise management on well-being and safety issues
- Organize training and awareness actions
- Conduct risk analyses audits and workplace inspections
- Investigate incidents and formulate improvement measures
- Develop and follow up on the Global Prevention Plan and Annual Action Plan

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Certified Prevention Advisor Level 1 (mandatory)
- Proven experience in occupational safety and well-being ideally within industrial or operational environments
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent through experience
- Strong knowledge of Belgian well-being legislation and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and a practical proactive mindset
- Knowledge of Event Safety is an asset
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start)
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Presence in Belgium is preferred with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens
