JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our mission is to reinforce a logistics real estate team as a right-hand Project Executive to drive the redevelopment and expansion of logistics infrastructures ensuring alignment with long-term strategic and operational objectives.

The key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

Support projects by facilitating communication and progress
- Present investment proposals to senior management.
- Work closely with existing and potential clients to translate their needs into concrete real estate solutions.
- Work intensively with internal teams external partners governments and stakeholders.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Negotiate and close contracts with real estate partners.
- Guide projects through all phases.
- Manage and report commercial activities and follow-up.
- Give professional presentations.
- Handle change and change processes.
- Contribute actively to the growth of the logistics real estate portfolio within the broader Real Estate strategy.
- Initiate feasibility studies.
- Prepare business plans and investment proposals.
- Manage project budgets.
- Develop and deliver new logistics real estate projects from concept to delivery.

The experience we are actively looking for:
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in real estate development and management ideally within logistics.
- Solid understanding of project development financial and construction aspects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder interfaces.
- Strong negotiation experience with real estate partners and investors.
- Proven track record in preparing and presenting investment proposals.
- Experience in managing and reporting commercial activities.
- Fluency in Dutch or French with good command of the second national language and English.
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start).
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Presence in Belgium is preferred with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens.
