Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Project Accounting and Project Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring implementing and supporting Oracle EBS solutions aligned with business needs particularly in project-centric environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Oracle EBS implementations and enhancements for Project Accounting and Project Manufacturing.
Gather and analyze business requirements map them to Oracle functionalities and design solutions.
Configure Oracle modules including:
- Oracle Projects (Costing Billing Contracts)
- Project Manufacturing (WIP BOM Inventory Work Orders)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance SCM Manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration.
Conduct CRPs UATs and end-user training.
Prepare functional design documents (MD50 BR100) and support technical teams with MD70s.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Ensure compliance with financial and operational controls.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS specifically in:
- Project Costing Billing Contracts
- Project Manufacturing WIP BOM Inventory
Strong understanding of P2P O2C Q2I R2R processes.
Experience with SLA (Subledger Accounting) and financial integrations.
Ability to write functional specifications and perform system configurations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
