Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Business Development Director & Strategic Growth Partner to accelerate global expansion secure high-value contracts engage investors and establish the companys board of directors. This is a founding-equity position offering the opportunity to shape a pioneering company at the intersection of technology sustainability and resource intelligence.

The ideal candidate is a visionary entrepreneurial leader with experience in high-pressure global markets a deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global business development and growth strategies aligned with Clients vision.
  • Identify pursue and negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships with governments international organizations NGOs and private-sector clients.
  • Engage with investors and funding bodies presenting unique value proposition to secure capital for growth.
  • Lead the establishment and structuring of the company board ensuring effective governance strategic oversight and stakeholder alignment.
  • Represent client at global forums industry conferences and international summits building brand recognition and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions (AI blockchain geospatial systems cloud platforms cybersecurity frameworks) meet client and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities assess risks and inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive scalable ESG-aligned business practices to reinforce Clients leadership in ethics transparency and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of global business development strategic partnerships or investor relations in technology mining AI or geospatial sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value international contracts and raising capital from investors.
  • Strong knowledge of AI machine learning blockchain cloud computing geospatial analytics and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills with the ability to operate across cultures and regions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision operational rigor and ability to thrive under high-pressure conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with UN agencies World Bank global NGOs or multinational technology organizations.
  • Exposure to Earth observation resource intelligence platforms and ESG compliance frameworks.
  • Multilingual capability and experience working across Africa Europe Asia and North America.
