As our Temporary IT Systems Support Specialist youll be the go-to problem solver. Youll diagnose issues support users and strengthen our infrastructureensuring that police officers fire stations parks and city services all run without disruption.
What Youll Do:
Keep networks systems and applications up and running
Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues quickly
Support city employees with timely clear and patient help desk solutions
Monitor cybersecurity practices and follow city security protocols
Document fixes updates and improvements for future reference
Step into projects or emergencies when extra support is needed
