Job Summary
Position Overview: We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITAM or ITSM implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen who is comfortable undergoing extensive background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM and ITAM (SAM HAM).
- Develop custom applications workflows and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Perform system maintenance user administration and configuration management.
- Ensure platform performance security and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training documentation and support for ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ITOM or ITAM Implementation certification.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other relevant scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks.
