Ramsay Clinic Adelaide is seeking an Administration Manager to lead our front office and psychiatrist consulting suite operations. This pivotal position is at the centre of our hospitals administrative functions - ensuring smooth efficient and high-quality support for our patients clinicians and staff.
The Role
As Administration Manager you will:
Lead and support a dedicated team of administrative staff
Oversee key hospital reception and administrative processes
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Work closely with hospital leadership to ensure efficient operations
This is a dynamic hands-on role where youll have the opportunity to shape how our administrative teams work together to deliver exceptional care and service.
About You
You are an organised people-focused leader who brings enthusiasm initiative and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. While previous experience in a similar role is an advantage its not essential. We value leadership potential communication skills and a willingness to learn above all.

Essential Skills and Experience
Management experience with proven ability to lead and manage a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Planning and organisational skills
Flexibility and adaptability
An understanding of exceptional customer service
Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
Desirable Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualification in health management or related discipline or a proven record of success in managing a complex range of services in a health environment
Knowledge of health fund contracting system
Experience with IBA/ Meditech or similar patient administration software
