Job Summary
Position Summary
This position will support the School of Data Science and Societys ( SDSS ) tech support needs and will work closely with the IT Director to ensure seamless IT support for faculty staff and systems at SDSS . This role will provide tech support of both people and systems that School staff and faculty rely on. They will be on the front lines ensuring employees have the hardware and software they need to be sucessful in their roles and will also play an active role in maintaining the equipment and educating end users.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
- Proficiency in operating systems (both Windows and MacOS) and common office applications. - Experience with IT service management. - Multi-tasker and self-motivator who is comfortable working in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Course work in field of technology related to position.
Work Schedule
Generally Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
