Weekends & Holidays: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Pay Range:

Local Rate: $1425 per week
Travel Rate: $1617.50 per week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nursefor an exciting Travel or Local job in Montour Falls NY.

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
Proficiency with PointClick Care or equivalent electronic health record systems.
Willingness to assist with CNA duties when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
Support nursing assistants (CNA) and perform CNA-related tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using PointClick Care software.
Participate in shift handoffs team communications and care planning meetings.
Adhere to infection control safety and compliance standards.
