Job Description

Role purpose: Operate as a Service Desk agent and complete all IT Service Desk operations to achieve highly positive outcomes for the EMEA user community.

Location: Wrocław / Poland / Hybrid

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English Spanish and optionally Polish.
  • A strong foundation in IT fundamentals and a passion for technology.
  • Experience in IT Customer Service.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • ITIL Service Management ideally v4 Foundation level or desire/aptitude to complete training.
  • Ideally experience in supporting tasks within IT General Controls for User Access management software license management etc.

This role begins with a three-month trial period upon successful completion youll move on to a one-year contract with the potential for an indefinite contract thereafter. We understand the importance of flexibility in todays world so were also open to a hybrid working model. Youll have the freedom to work partially from home and partially from our office. Were all about ensuring our team can work where theyre most productive and comfortable.
