Director of Engineering Lead Innovation in Structural Solutions

Location: Omaha NE (On-site required)

About the Role:
Were seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our civil/structural team in designing innovative products and driving technical and commercial success across North America. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape the future of structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Oversee product research development testing and optimization.
Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams.
Partner with sales and marketing on training and product resources.
Guide commercial strategy and ensure revenue and performance goals are met.

Qualifications:

PE or SE license required.
Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 8 years in geotechnical/structural design.
Strong foundation in soil mechanics deep foundations and construction.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Skilled in AutoCAD Inventor and materials such as steel and concrete.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.
