Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary and Benefits
- $75000 - $85000 (Based on years of experience)

Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (With one late day a week)
- Working hand and hand with CEO and COO to help develop the program
- Provide psychotherapy supportive counseling and therapeutic group services
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Advocate for clients and coordinate referrals for services and appointments
- Support clients in building independence and self-confidence
- Foster strong relationships with the clinical team staff patients and families
- Deliver crisis intervention support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program and organizational goals
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with active state licensure
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Experience with underserved populations is preferred
- Respectful and understanding of diverse client needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Professionalism compassion and cultural sensitivity
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
