Summary of Role:

Our Finance team is seeking a New College Grad to join our team in Q2 of 2026 at our Malta NY location. This Financial Analyst will help drive revenue and cost recognition financial planning and forecasting on engineering service projects globally across our dynamic businesses and functions. The candidate will work across the organizationto understand accounting impacts key business issues and devise actionable strategic recommendations withcorroborating financial analysis.

Essential Responsibilities include:

Prepare monthly journal entries maintain associated internal controls and assist in quarterly balance sheet reconciliation.
Track project progress and forecast revenue / costs by projects to ensure forecast accuracy.
Detailed working knowledge of the Excel and PowerPoint applications within Microsoft Office
Maintain complex financial models used for profitability analysis and cash flow planning.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing and reporting on variances from plan.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to ensure the best corporate decisions are made toachieve operational and financial objectives.
Increase productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable businessprocesses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project management R&D Controllership and site financeteams.

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

Education Graduating with a Bachelors in Finance Business Accounting or related field from an accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace school projects competitions etc.
Project management skills i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
