- Full Cycle Ownership: Own the entire funnel outreach discovery demos proposals negotiation and closing
- Trusted Relationships: Build credibility with CFOs founders and finance teams at venture-backed high-growth companies
- Sales Playbook: Lay the foundations for scalable outbound tactics and repeatable processes
- Feedback Loop: Bring structured feedback from prospects back into product and marketing
- Execution: Work side-by-side with founders to win logos and scale Rounds sales motion
Requirements
- Seed to Series B multi-million revenue sales track record.
- Proven experience selling fintech/SaaS to CFOs finance leaders or founders.
- Strong personal network of CFOs/founders - and willing to leverage it to open doors.
- Hunter mindset - you prospect chase and close without waiting to be told.
- Hands-on operator: you build pipeline from scratch own the funnel end-to-end youll pound cold calls with pleasure.
- Olympian mindset - work smart AND hard resilient relentless fully bought into the mission willing to work irregular hours.
