Creative Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (London-based) or Remote South Africa / Philippines
Compensation: The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.
- South Africa: USD $3000 $3500/month
- Latin America: USD $2500 $3500/month
Industry: Creator Economy / YouTubeSchedule: Full-Time Availability to accommodate UK/ London hours for Head Office communication and India/PH for contractor team debriefs

About the Role
The Creative Project Manager will play a key role in bridging operations and creative strategy. Youll be responsible for systemizing workflows managing project delivery and ensuring that the creative team produces exceptional work on schedule. You will work directly with the founder and creative team to ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the growth and scalability of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end production process for multiple client projects.
- Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with editors designers and other creatives to ensure quality and brand consistency ()
- Review and approve video edits and creative assets
- Plan and manage weekly production schedules and updates
Strategy & Growth
- Work with the team to develop creative strategies for clients
- Optimize workflows and systems for efficiency
- Proactively identify and solve operational or creative bottlenecks
- Support onboarding of new clients and scaling of operations
What Success Looks Like
- After 3 months: Independently managing the production pipeline for multiple clients and improving workflows
- After 6 months: Running onboarding processes refining operations and contributing to business strategy
- After 12 months: Helping scale the agency to 10 clients with streamlined operations and high-quality delivery
Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience as a Project Manager.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication including Looms.
- Ability to own projects and deliver results with minimal oversight
- Passion for YouTube digital content and the creator economy
Nice to Have
- Project or operations management experience in a creative or marketing environment
- Familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack
- Basic editing skills in Premiere Pro or After Effects
