Job Description Summary
Commercial Property Management Mailroom Associate responsible for the efficient and secure management of our mailroom operations ensuring timely delivery of packages and important documents to our tenants and staff.
Job Description
- Receive sort and securely distribute incoming mail (including packages food deliveries dry cleaning etc) to tenants and staff.
- Process outgoing mail and courier deliveries ensuring proper postage and handling.
- Maintain accurate records of mail received and delivered.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff with mail inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment.
- May photocopy scan or fax documents as needed (depending on company setup).
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours may be required (depending on company needs).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $17.00 - $20.00
