Bi-Lingual Quality Control Manager (KOREAN-ENGLISH BILINGUAL)

We are a fast-growing startup organization seeking a full-time Bilingual Quality Control Manager to join our team as a key player in ensuring the overall quality control of KD parts FIFO control sorting line-call control and EPI management.

Reports To: Quality Control HOD

Responsibilities:

• Quality Department Organization Management division of standardization of departmental duties Quality System Management
• Overall management of quality systems and processes
• Manage new vehicle launching for parts at HMGMA create pilot part inspection plan communicate results and improvement plan to Glovis HQ as needed.
• Manage PPR (Part Problem Report) registration process
• Review and close monthly process defect claims
• Support annual ISO 9001&14001 certifications renewals as ISO standard require.
• Support return of the parts to Korea or Local Suppliers as requested. (Part removal request TRF request etc.)
• Monitor and patrol the KD/LP parts located in CC to be able to detect any package issues and other problem in advance.
• Provide direction support and any further information to team members working on PM shift to maintain job duty at PM shift.
• Manage and coordinate various subcontractor companies as needed to support sort or rework activities.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the department head.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Preferred).
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager
• 5 Years of Experience in Quality control Quality Assurance Warehousing management
• Fluency in both written and verbal communications in English and Korean is required.
• QMS/EMS/OHSAS certification experience; CPIM ISO
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to analyze quality data and report quality status in progress.
• Highly organized efficient and committed to quality control; able to drive quality improvement and enhance the automotive manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to Detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Team Player willing to support activities to drive great customer satisfaction

The estimated base salary range for the Quality Control Manager is $100000-$110000.The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel.
