What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage all kitchen areas ensuring smooth daily operations across restaurant room service and events.
- Deliver consistently high-quality cuisine that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement innovative menus and food concepts.
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP and WHS regulations.
- Drive cost control purchasing and reporting to meet financial performance targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence training and development within the kitchen brigade.
- Champion Accors HEARTIST principles to create memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role ideally within a high-volume hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of food trends presentation and modern cooking techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- A commitment to health safety and sustainability.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and payroll.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and culinary experiences.
- Able to work a rotating roster across 7 days
- Full New Zealand Working Rights
