Cardiovascular Technologist

Bestica is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) to provide services at the VA San Diego Healthcare System on San Deigo CA.

HOURS OF OPERATION: CVTs will be expected to be available 24/7 including holidays and shall participate in call coverage a minimum of two weeks per month. The normal tour of duty is an 8-hour day and 40 hours per week

Qualifications

Education: Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program (CVT) or Certified Radiologic Technologist Program (CRT)
Certification: Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT); or Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
State Licensure required: CRT Board of Health California or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) for Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
Must have a minimum of 2 years hospital experience
BLS - American Heart Association
ACLS American Heart Association
