Job Summary

Role:Construction Planner

Client:Leading Residential Developer

Essentials: Degree in Engineering Construction or related field; relevant planning experience in construction (residential preferred); proficiency in programming software is an advantage; full drivers license.

Location:Multiple Sites in Greater Dublin

Salary: Up to 90000 depending on experience - we are open to mid and senior level candidates.

Overseeing: Master construction programmes phasing plans project controls and reporting.

Our client a prominent residential developer is seeking a Construction Planner to support and assist in managing detailed master construction programmes across multiple projects. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile developments while ensuring timely and quality delivery through effective planning and collaboration.

Programme Management: Assist in maintaining and reviewing detailed master construction programmes ensuring accurate and timely data input.
Phasing Plans and Strategies: Contribute to the generation of phasing plans and handover strategies for projects.
Project Controls: Implement project controls procedures to enhance programme management and reporting.
Non-Live Sites: Support programming requirements from concept through to project close for non-live sites.
Reporting and Dashboards: Assist in the development of the Master Program dashboard proactively highlighting current and future project states.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments such as design and PMO and collaborate within a multidisciplinary project team environment.
