We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support the efficient operation of our human resources department for one of our prominent clients in Rawalpindi Pakistan. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth HR processes and providing vital administrative support. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records assisting in recruitment and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS and ATS.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant Staff Assistant or in a similar human resources/administrative role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
