We are seeking a highly analytical results-oriented E-Commerce Account Lead to be the driving force behind our online sales performance with key North American retailers. This is a critical Individual Contributor (IC) role where your expertise will directly impact the bottom line. Youll be working with a team of committed and talented partners who want to see you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
As the E-Commerce Account Lead you will take full ownership of driving the growth strategy for our clients major online retail accounts.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop implement and own strategies to aggressively drive and accelerate digital revenue growth across assigned key North American e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon Target Wayfair Walmart Home Depot).
Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical skills to conduct deep dives into sales metrics including profitability ROI and forecasting. Translate data insights into actionable strategies and present clear reports to stakeholders.
Account Management: Manage all day-to-day operations and activities on major retailer portals including promotional planning content optimization pricing strategy inventory monitoring and sales reporting.
Operational Planning: Transform high-level company strategy and vision into concrete tactical execution plans for your accounts.
Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple complex e-commerce projects simultaneously ensuring all tasks are completed accurately on time and within budget parameters.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (logistics marketing product) and external retailer partners to ensure a cohesive and seamless online shopping experience for the customer.

We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within E-commerce Account Management with a proven track record of driving accelerated digital revenue growth.
Non-Negotiable Core Requirements
Platform Expertise is Mandatory: Applicants must have multi-year account management experience with major North American e-commerce platforms such as Target Wayfair Amazon Walmart Home Depot etc. Applications without this specific experience will not be considered.
Data Mastery: Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory (for complex analysis); proficiency in PowerPoint and demonstrable experience using Power BI are also required.
Qualifications & Skills
Strategic & Financial Acumen: Strong strategic and financial capabilities coupled with superior attention to detail time management and follow-through.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask prioritize workload effectively and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Industry Bonus: Prior experience in the furniture industry is a strong plus.
