Job Summary

**Schedule:**- On-Call (Pager): 24 hours - Obstetric (OB) call and general

- Approximately 15 shifts per month required (may be grouped together or on an as-needed basis)

- Start Date: As soon as possible

- Inpatient Care - Services Offered in the Practice: Obstetrics General Surgery Limited Orthopedic Surgery Limited Urology Plastic Surgery and Gastroenterology

- Telehealth Services: Not available - Medical Imaging: Not available - Laboratory Services: Not available

- Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 60 patients per week. Days may vary from 6 to 20

- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Cerner

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide anesthesia services to patients across various specialties.

- Competence in Obstetrics General Surgery Limited Orthopedics Limited Urology Plastic Surgery and Gastroenterology is essential.

**Qualifications:**

- Board Certification: Required

- applications from new graduates will be considered

- Active Illinois Medical License or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) status

Required - Prior experience is mandatory: Required

- Clean malpractice history and no background issues: Required
