Job Summary
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Automotive Express Technician to join our team in this fast-paced role you will perform quick service procedures and basic repairs on a variety of vehicles ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate work. This position is an entry-level position and the start of a career path into the main shop of our Imports store locations for those who show the ability to learn and grow their technical skills.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks
- Perform basic repairs and replacements on automotive systems and components
- Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicles condition and required services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete accurate documentation for all services performed
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service procedures
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for entering service information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
