Job Summary
- Ensure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Boschs global standards.
- Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization-related topics.
- Act as a key interface between user departments project teams and role development units.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.
- Support critical project phases including cutover migration go-live and hypercare.
- Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
Experience:
- Solid understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA functional aspects;
- Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.
Knowledge:
- Strong cross-module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments;
- Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.
Languages:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Personality:
- Independent structured and customer-focused approach;
- Able to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities;
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration;
- Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments;
