Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our clients logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate daily routes for drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to provide updates instructions and support.
Monitor shipments and resolve any logistical issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries schedules and driver activities.
Liaise with clients as needed to provide shipment updates.
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and scheduling software.
